THIS LISTING IS FOR 2 X 500 ML SOFT FLASKS

Each flask carries 500 ml of water or a electro lite drink of your choice. The 1 litre should keep you hydrated for runs up until 3 hours before you need to refill. Most races will require you to carry a minimum of 1 litre of water on a race. The design of the soft flask is suitable for the two pouches in front the Rock Rabbit trail pack and other packs.

Soft flask is BPA free and made of Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which has a silicone soft luxurious feel. The flask has a wide opening for easy refill.
