This bag is designed to keep the water in your bladder cool for longer after you start to run. Normally your back will heat up the water in your bladder but the cooler back will keep it colder for longer. Best result is place the bladder in fridge over night prior to placing it in the cooler bag, designed to fit the 2 lt Rock Rabbit bladder.

This bladder can carry 2 litres of water or a electro lite drink of your choice. The extra 2 litres can add to your existing 2 x 500ml soft flasks and should keep you hydrated for runs up until 5-6 hours before you need to refill. The slot at the top will enable attachment to our Rock Rabbit trail pack and other packs.
The bladder is BPA free and made of Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which has a silicone soft luxurious feel. The bladder has a wide slide opening for easy refill.
Soft Cup 200ml TPU
The foldable soft cup can easily fit into one of the front pockets in your pack. It is often requested as an essential item on many trail run races and can be taken out quickly at mountain steams or at aid stations.
The cup is 200ml, BPA free and made of TPU which has a soft silicone like feel.
